It's That Time of Year (again)

This week. I don't like it. I don't like how I let it affect me.

Testing.

I haven't started yet, but already I'm stressed about what my rainbow report will look like.

I really don't compare my report with Mrs. Jones, buuut... I don't want any reds.

Because if I have any reds, that means I have failed a student.

Truly, my principal doesn't say that, but I have high expectations for me and my students, and reds are just NOT acceptable to me.

I feel short tempered. I don't want to let down my students or their parents. 

Let's just get this over with already.
